How to install the APK

  1. Download the file. The browser will ask for confirmation, which is normal for installs outside the store.
  2. Open the downloaded file and allow installation from this source if Android asks.
  3. Launch KIPRI and allow notifications, because reminders cannot arrive without them.
  4. On Android 13 and newer KIPRI gets the exact alarm permission at install time. On Android 12, open Settings → Notifications in the app: if exact delivery time says Check, the button to system settings is right there.

Is it safe?

The file is built from the project source code and signed with the developer key. Android always warns about installs from outside the store, and that warning is about the method rather than this particular file.
