Printable planners and trackers

Five A4 sheets that are built for you: a habit tracker for a week or a month, a planner with the dates of your week, a checklist and birthdays. No sign-up, print or save as PDF straight from the browser.

How to keep a habit tracker on paper

Tick the day as soon as you have done it, not in the evening from memory: in the evening it is tempting to tick for almost done. An empty box is more honest, and it shows which weekdays the habit tends to slip on.

Three or four habits a month is enough. Twelve rows on the sheet are not a reason to fill them all: extra habits dilute your attention and the sheet stops being a pleasure.

Weekly habit tracker

Seven large boxes per habit, a week total on the right and room for notes at the bottom. The week starts on the day you pick, Monday by default. Tick «No dates» if you want to print a stack of identical sheets and write the week in by hand.

A week is a good length for a new habit: seven days show whether it sticks, and one missed day does not trail behind you for the rest of the month. Move what sticks to the monthly tracker.

The weekly planner

The first box has three lines for the main things this week: what has to happen even if everything else slides. The other seven boxes are for specific tasks with times. Dates fill in by themselves from the Monday you pick.

How to print

The monthly tracker prints in landscape, the other sheets in portrait, and the orientation is set for you. If the edges get cut off, set the scale to «Fit to page» in the print settings. The sheet stays light whatever the site theme, so it uses little ink.

When paper is not at hand

KIPRI has the same habit tracker, with a day streak, reminders and a freeze for the days when you are ill or away. Freezes are on the free plan too.
