Terms of use
The terms on which the KIPRI app is provided. By using the app you agree to them.
Updated:
1. What we provide
KIPRI helps you keep tasks, notes, birthdays, reminders and habits, and syncing across devices is up to you. It is provided "as is": we work hard to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the third-party services it depends on, including notification delivery by the operating system, connectivity and cloud storage.
2. Your account
The app works with an account: it stores and syncs your entries. If a new device has no network, you can start without an account, and your entries move into the account when you sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address it is registered to. One account is intended for one person.
3. Plans and payment
The free plan provides a working set of features with limits on the number of records. Paid plans lift those limits and add further features.
The composition of plans is defined on the service side and may be refined; the limits in force are always visible on the plans screen in the app. The server is the source of truth about your plan.
4. Promo codes
A promo code grants access to a paid plan for a stated period. It is single-use, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be revoked in case of abuse such as mass account generation.
5. Your data and responsibility
The content of your records belongs to you. We claim no rights over it and do not use it to train models.
You are responsible for what you store: the app must not be used to keep material that breaks the law.
Backups are on your side: data export is available on every plan and we recommend using it. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, app removal, or actions performed within your account.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is an aid, not a guarantee. We are not liable for the consequences of a missed notification: delivery depends on the operating system, power-saving mode, granted permissions and the state of the device. For critical events, use more than one independent way of being reminded.
7. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any moment: delete the account in settings or simply uninstall. We may restrict access if these terms are broken or if actions damage the service.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The update date is shown at the top, and material changes are announced in the app and in the Telegram channel.
