A day plan that holds together

Tasks: a day plan that holds together

A to-do list is useless if you are afraid to open it. In KIPRI a task lives on a specific date, and the month calendar shows an overbooked day straight away, so you can move things before the day even starts.

The calendar shows load, not just numbers

Every day of the month carries a counter of tasks. You can see the week you overbooked for yourself and the empty days you can move things to. A long press on a day creates a task on that date.

A checklist inside the task

Collecting documents takes five steps, and they live inside the task itself instead of spreading across the list as separate lines. Progress shows on the card: three of five done.

Colour as status, tags as context

A task can be marked by colour: urgent, in progress, done, reference. Tags group things by project or person. Neither is required, and a bare task with just a title is a perfectly good task.

A task and a reminder work as a pair

Attach a reminder and the task arrives as a notification at the right moment. Once the task is closed, the reminder is cancelled and never rings in the evening about something already done.

What people usually ask

  • Can tasks repeat?

A recurring thing is better kept as a reminder, because those support repeats: daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly and yearly. A task stays tied to one specific day.

  • How many tasks fit in the free plan?

200 active tasks on Free, 500 on Plus, 1000 on Pro and no limit on Max.
