KIPRIassistant

On time, even on Android 12+

Reminders: exactly on time

People stop trusting a reminder that arrives a couple of minutes late. KIPRI declares the exact-alarm permission and shows its status right in settings, so you learn about trimmed precision from the app rather than from the delay.

Repeats for regular things

Daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly and yearly. A monthly reminder set for the 31st arrives on the last day of a shorter month instead of vanishing.

An early alert

Add a heads-up 5, 15 or 30 minutes or an hour before, so you have time to get ready instead of learning about the meeting as it starts. On the free plan one of these is available: 15 minutes before.

Important differs from ordinary

An important reminder gets its own notification channel and a second nudge if the time passed and the thing is still open. An ordinary reminder does not insist.

Quiet hours and one morning digest

At night the app stays silent. In the morning, instead of a queue of separate pushes, one short digest arrives with the plan for the day, and it is available on every plan, the free one included.

What people usually ask

  • Why does Android sometimes delay notifications?

Since Android 12, exact alarms require a separate permission, and the system saves battery by postponing inexact ones. KIPRI requests that permission and shows its status on the notification settings screen. With it granted, delivery is back to the second.

  • Will I get duplicates if I change settings several times in a row?

No. The notification queue is rebuilt strictly one run at a time and reconciled against the queue of the device, so two identical sets of alerts cannot appear.

Take Kipri with you

The free plan runs the whole app. Limits only start where serious volume starts.
